Summary

Manage the distribution/movement of the company’s product and/or services to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives; analyze statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements, and monitor the preferences of customers.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and assist distributors to achieve their target and draft monthly and quarterly sales forecast.
  • Coordinate the conflict among distributors.
  • Confer with potential customers regarding product needs and advise customers on purchase; monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Manage, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping.
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and to assists customers in promoting sales.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Contribute to the development and coordination of sales campaigns Assists other departments within establishment to prepare manuals and technical publications.
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
  • Participate in product research and development.

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience             

  • College degree in Business Administration.
  • 5-7 years of related project management experience and 2 years of sales management experience within high tech industry.
  • Superior organizational skills including a demonstration of sales system utilization.
  • Extensive experience in product sales.
  • Proven track record of successful project/sales management and sales development.

 

Language Skills                   

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.           

 

Computer Skills     

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
