The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key role for HID’s TA Team as you are often the person point of contact for someone interested in working with us.  We value experiences, especially positive interactions; therefore, it is important that you enjoy helping to create that for others.

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will leverage your customer centric approach in all that you do - from managing hiring manager questions, scheduling interviews, sending offer letter to managing our background check process – you love partnering and support people!  

When not interacting via Teams Meetings or calls with internal clients; you will engage in position and candidate management activities.  Your comfort with administrative and operational functions will help you focus to ensure processes are on track and people have what they need with regards to their open position or interview.

As part of a global team, you will collaborate with us, the Talent Acquisition Team, our HR Colleagues, Hiring Managers, Candidates, and external Vendors. 


What you will do in this role:

  • You will schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple functional disciplines and locations, handling every detail of the interview day including arranging candidate travel, reserving conference rooms, and confirming video conference details for remote interviews.
  • Update the ATS to reflect candidates’ status throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.
  • Champion relationships with internal clients to support candidate pre-screening and hiring processes.
  • Create and update process documentation to include process flows, training materials, correspondence, templates, and other documents used in recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Run and distribution of recruitment metrics for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review.
  • Develop systems and process knowledge to provide support, reporting and issue resolution.
  • Work with HR Advisors to create a seamless transition from candidates to new hire via our onboarding.
  • Process expense reports for candidates who travel to interview.
  • Perform data analysis to present internal mobility and HR recruiting metrics by using ATS systems.
  • Be responsible for requisition system administration as well as participate in tool enhancement.
  • Collaborate with RPO team to ensure best practices are in place for the recruiting process as needed.
  • Partner with HR Project Manager and team to support several TA projects including Career Fairs, Mentorship Program, HR Hub, and internal mobility.


Your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent direct Talent Acquisition experience.
  • 1+ years of Talent Acquisition Coordination experience supporting multiple locations and disciplines.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with DocuSign, HireRight or SuccessFactors (or a desire to learn.)
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) for candidate tracking and metrics reporting.
  • Experience posting to social media and pre-screening resumes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
