We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will continually ensure growth and profitability of the IAM solutions across the Southeast US market by developing solid business relationships with new and existing clients. You will join a dynamic and motivated team of sales professionals, pre-sales technical contributors and executives driving continued success within a growing market. 

The Southeast Regional Sales Manager will have a strong, background selling enterprise software solutions, credentials, and card technology to Global 2000 companies.  You have extensive experience developing and executing a business plan to grow the territory through established relationships, developing new relationships, and working with our channel partners. You bring a history of solution-oriented sales as well as exceptional communication, presentation and demonstration skills.  You bring the skillset to operate independently and strive in a teaming environment with your peers, other business units, sales engineering counterparts, and professional services.


What you will be doing

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan
  • Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline
  • Successfully manage all aspects of sales process
  • Team with and manage territory HID channel partners
  • Work closely with pre-sales & post sales teams
  • Maintain an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (

What we are looking for    

  • 5-10 years exceeding sales quota as a Regional Sales Manager for a technology vendor. Preferably in the Identity Access & Management, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software space.
  • Track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding new logos in an Enterprise Software role
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations
  • Self-motivated with superb organizational skills
  • Extensive network of customers and advocates in market
  • Experience working remotely from a home office
  • Technical BS/BA degree or equivalent plus relevant work experience
