What we are looking for:

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Works deals assigned to the sales team supported in Northeast Asia Region, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit.
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s. Participate in, and eventually, lead, PoCs and implementation projects.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team member, sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
  • Technical capabilities for hands-on product demonstrations and SDK collaboration and development skills.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

Education and/or Experience

  • Degree in Engineering with programming knowledge
  • More than 5 years of working experience and 3 years in similiar fields

 

Language Skills        

  • Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.     

 

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

  • Travel and fieldwork including international travel, therefore employee must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
